1. About these terms
These terms apply to contentta.vn and to services provided by Contentta, the trading name of Contentta AI Household Business (HỘ KINH DOANH CONTENTTA AI), business registration no. 075204000491, 174/14/54A Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Trung Dung Quarter, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
2. Our services
Contentta designs and builds AI automation, chatbots, AI agents, websites, AI video and content systems for businesses. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables of each project are set in a written Scope of Work or contract signed by both parties. If the contract and these terms disagree, the contract wins.
3. Payment
Payment milestones are set in each contract. Fees for third-party services a project depends on (APIs, servers, software subscriptions) are paid by the client directly to those providers unless the contract says otherwise.
4. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the source code, workflows and documentation delivered for that project. Contentta may keep general know-how and reusable components that are not specific to the client.
5. Free resources
Guides, templates and documents we share for free on this website or on social media are provided as is, for learning. You may use them for your own work. Please do not resell them.
6. Third-party platforms
Our work often connects to platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, Google and OpenAI. Their own terms apply, and changes they make to their APIs or policies are outside our control.
7. Liability
We test every system before handover and fix technical defects during the warranty period set in the contract. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
