Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Contentta is the trading name of Contentta AI Household Business (HỘ KINH DOANH CONTENTTA AI), business registration no. 075204000491, registered at 174/14/54A Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Trung Dung Quarter, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam. We build AI automation, chatbots, AI agents, websites and content systems for businesses.

2. What we collect

  • Forms on this website. When you book a call or request a free resource, we collect the name, phone or Zalo number, email and the answers you type into the form.
  • Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
  • Comments on our own social media posts. Our internal tools read comments left on videos and posts published by Contentta's own accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and YouTube. For each comment we process the comment ID, the comment text and the commenter's public username.
  • Client project data. When we build a system for a client, we process the client's data only as instructed in the signed contract or Scope of Work.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your request, schedule a call and send the resource you asked for.
  • To reply once to a comment that contains the keyword mentioned in our video, with a link to the free guide.
  • To understand which pages of the website are read, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use comment data for advertising, profiling or to contact anyone who has not commented on our own content. We do not access any account other than Contentta's own accounts.

4. Data from the TikTok API

Contentta connects only its own TikTok account (@thanhvuducc) through the TikTok API, after the account owner authorizes it. We use the API to read comments on our own videos and to post replies to them. Comment data is used only for that reply, is kept no longer than 90 days to prevent duplicate replies, and is never shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from the TikTok app settings.

5. Who processes the data

We use these service providers to run the website and our tools:

  • Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
  • Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script store form submissions)
  • TikTok, Meta and Google/YouTube (their official APIs, to read and reply to comments on our own posts)

6. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
  • Comment data: up to 90 days.
  • Client project data: as defined in the client contract.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop replying to your comments, by emailing hello@contentta.vn. We reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the personal data protection laws of Vietnam.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
